- Access to emergency services may be unavailable during power outages, internet service disruptions, network congestion, or if your account is suspended.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that alternative arrangements (such as a traditional landline or cellular phone) are available for making emergency calls. Unified Voice accepts no liability for any inability to dial emergency services or connect to emergency responders.
3. Regulatory and Compliance Disclaimer
Unified Voice operates in compliance with the rules and regulations established by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). However:
- Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their specific use of our Services (including bulk SMS, call recording, auto-dialing, and telemarketing) complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
- We do not endorse or permit the use of our network for unlawful activities, including toll bypass (interconnect bypass), spoofing, or violations of the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR). We reserve the right to immediately suspend services if unlawful usage is detected, without liability.
